The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for about 15 days, during which the fermentation of the marc allows the polyphenolic substances present in the must skins to diffuse fully. After the early malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to barriques at the beginning of December. The aging period in new French oak barrels lasts a maximum of 16-18 months, during which this wine achieves its complexity, style and longevity. The wine matures in the bottle for 12 months. Colour: intense ruby red with light garnet sparkles. Bouquet: rare, complex. Notes: Plums and blueberries, sweet spices, laurel, juniper, tobacco and chocolate. Palate: rich, warm, soft, fruity, spicy, elegant tannins.
