Ever since I was a child, wine and viticulture have always been part of my life. In Heerbrugg I grew up in the middle of my family's vineyards and was able to experience the fascination of wine production from the vineyard to the bottle up close from an early age. In addition to the local vineyard in Heerbrugg, the wineries Cuvaison in California, Finca Decero in Argentina and Höcklistein on Lake Zurich later joined. What these wine regions around the world all have in common is that they are places of beauty and culture: being there is stimulating and a pleasure. The aim of my wines is to bring the very special "spirit" of these different areas of the world into the bottle, so that it can then be enjoyed again with a good meal.
